Greeting to you

My name is Susanti and I am interested to be part of successful team in educational program for the Nations. Human Resources Management is my DNA in professional work for over than 25 years, handling end to end HR processing from Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Employee Orientation, Employee Data Management, Employee Competency Development & Retention, Employee Compensation & Benefits, Performance Evaluation, Employee Budget & Monitoring, Offboarding or Separation. 

I also become member of Price Committee, 3 years in Procurement Operations and become Specialist to ensure quality of branch operation services before retirement.

During employment, i also become Instructor in the company for special module (Quality Foundation, HR for Non HR Manager, Employee Orientation for Senior Management Level).

Few months ago, I also contributed become Instructor for special subject in Prakerja Program at an institution (online).
