He is a Digital Learning Consultant & Instructional Designer at PT GML Performance Consulting, with experienced in more than 10 years as digital learning transformation lead in start up, retail, and banking industry. 

As an Consultant, He lead project delivery and provide advice and e-Learning expertise regarding the design, development and implementation of appropriate e-Learning solutions and innovative learning products and services to clients (Private Sector, BUMN, and Government).

As an Instructional Designer, he identify gaps and develop the necessary training materials, and help Subject Matter Expert to create digital learning content based on Instructional Design methodology. He has worked together with peoples consist of graphic designer, illustrators, script writers, animators, web & mobile apps developer, AR/VR developer, system administrators, and sales team.
