He is a Chief of Learning Development Solution PT GML Performance Consulting. He has consulting experiencewithfocus on Human Resource Services like as Developing Organization Culture and Value, Mapping Organization Competency Based on Human Resources Management, People Management, Organizational Development, Developing Training Need Analysis and Training Curriculum and Developing Assessment Center. 

He has also experience in delivering Certified Human Resource Profesional (CHRP) and  Certified Strategic  Execution Professional (CSEP) modules, such us: Strategic Execution, Organization Development, Organization Culture, Perfomance Management System, Recruitment and Selection, Talent Management, Career & Succession Planning, Training Need Analysis and Training Curriculum and Change Management.

He had worked for a telecommunication company and manufacturing company in developing human resources management. In addition, he has also implemented Competency Based Human Resource Management (CBHRM) and had extensive experience in training and developing human resources management. He had involved as professional trainer for public sector and private sector, and Public Seminar Event.
